Condoms

Condoms are used to help with the prevention of unplanned pregnancies and the transmission of HIV and Sexually Transmitted Infections (STI’s).
5 years from the date of manufacture. Exceptions being Unique (4 years from the date of manufacture) and Delay / Infinity (3 years from the date of manufacture). The expiry date can be found at the bottom of the box as well as on the back of each foil. Only use condoms that are within date.
No, they are all glycerine / paraben-free.
No, they do not. Pasante condoms contain no animal-derived ingredients.
We offer a range consisting of 4 different sizes, which covers most men.
No, the thickness of a condom doesn't necessarily correspond to safety. All of Pasante's condoms have to pass a variety of quality tests including electronic testing. No matter the thickness, shape, colour or flavour, you can rely on any condom in the Pasante range.
Whilst the use of condoms for anal sex can increase the risk of breakage or slippage, to help protect yourself and others from STI’s, we recommend that you use condoms with additional water or silicone-based lubricant for anal sex.
Pasante flavoured condoms are intended primarily for vaginal sex. However, they are suitable for oral sex for the prevention of sexually transmitted infections (STIs). We recommend if used in oral sex that a new condom be used for vaginal sex, and vice versa.
We don't recommend using condoms underwater, as it can increase the risk of slipping off. However if you choose to use them underwater or in the shower, make sure you put the condom on before getting into the water. Various substances existent in the water such as bubble bath, bath oils and soap may have a deleterious effect on the latex condom material.
Pasante condoms are already lubricated for your pleasure, however you are free to add extra lubricant if you so wish, to enhance the sensation. Pasante lubricants are formulated from the finest quality ingredients to provide silky smooth lubrication. Being water and silicone based, they're compatible with both our latex and non-latex condoms.
In order to get Pasante Glow glowing, the condom needs to be exposed to light for about 30 seconds. You may expose the condom to light while it is still in the wrapper (turning the transparent side of the foil towards a light), when you are putting it on, or after it is already on. For best results, keep the lights on bright while you put on the condom, or turn up the lights for about 30 seconds after you put it on. Once activated, the condom will glow brightly for about 15 minutes, followed by an afterglow that can last for hours. Re-exposing the condom to light while it’s still on will recharge it and make it glow brightly again. But remember, you should never re-use a condom.
No - absolutely not. All condoms are for single use only. A brand new, unopened condom should be used every time.
Pasante foils and boxes are stamped with the expiry date and batch number when they are manufactured. The expiration date represents the length of time the product can be safely used for. The batch number is an identification number assigned to a specific quantity of goods. We can use this number to trace the history of a product’s production if required.
Most condoms are made from natural rubber latex and some people are allergic to this material. We have non-latex condoms available, including Unique and Female Condoms in case you are allergic to latex.
Cornstarch can be found in all Pasante latex condoms. The reason being that it aids the unrolling of the condom, making it easier to use. The inclusion of this ingredient is common practise in the making of condoms.

Lubricants

At this time, we unfortunately do not sell dental dams/dams. We used to; however, in late 2017 the European Medical Directive Regulation announced that Dams should be classified as a ‘Medical Device’ if the intended use is to prevent STI transmission. This meant from then onwards they would carry significant regulatory requirements to meet the specification set out in the MDR. As a result of this, we were no longer able to continue the supply of Dams within the parameters of health organization’s and the public’s perception, so made the decision to discontinue Dams from our product offering. We continue to explore options to be able to reintroduce Dams into our product portfolio.
We do sell Super King Size Condoms on this website. They can be found under 'sizes' in our condom section. They are available to buy in a pack of 12 or 72, both in a resealable pouch.
